ZenFlex Builders Sdn. Bhd. was formerly operating under Zenmax Builders as a sole proprietor since 2001. Zenmax has over the past ten years managed to ride on the strong growing property market in the mainland areas of Penang and Northern region.The business emphasizes on small scale development as these projects are comparatively much lower in risk. Other than this, it also maximizes its workforce productivity by contracting many housing renovation, interior & exterior design and industrial extension jobs.

Zenmax started specializing in designing , renovation and construction works and has since developed itself into a company providing full range of supplementary services such as interior/exterior design, decoration, remodeling, furniture & sourcing and supplying of building material and project management consulting for commercial shop houses, offices, factories and residential homes.

The company has to date completed a variety of projects and successfully built a reputation of providing comprehensive, high quality and cost effective services to its clients. In 2005, the management decided to convert the business into a Sendirian Berhad known as ZenFlex Builders.
